Wedding veil and tiara with hair down?

Hi,

I intend to wear my hair down as I do not feel comfortable with my hair up. I also intend to wear a tiara and would like to wear a short veil as well.

I am concerned that a veil will only look good if I wear my hair up and that a veil and tiara may look too much.

Any ideas?

Wedding tiara hurts my head

I purchased my tiara but, after spending tons of dollars, the darn thing won't fit. Worst of all it hurts my head. I wanted to go with pearls and flowers but I am worried about the rest of my wedding accessories not matching. Is there something I might be able to do? I can not wear tiaras and steel.... My dress is champagne duchesse satin with ivory lace overlay, encrusted with crystals and sequins (very sparkly). Would a crytsal tiara look good, or should I wear the veil as well? Veil and headpiece for an informal outdoor wedding?

I would really like to wear a veil and bridal headpiece at my wedding but the reception is more informal- in a big beautiful backyard-around 4pm.
